Three-Minute Thesis Competition
The Three-Minute Thesis competition provides emerging language researchers with an opportunity to present their research to a diverse and general audience comprised of students, faculty, and non-specialist community members from various backgrounds. This contest is designed to encourage participants to explain the fundamental points of their work in a manner accessible to a general audience. This contest is based on the competition held during the 2019 Linguistic Society of America Institute held at UC Davis.
The 10th Symposium on Language Research in 2024 will not be hosting the Three-Minute Thesis Competition.
